PROCESSING TIME:

All items are custom-made, and processing time is one to three business days. If you need your item sooner, please send me a message.

SHIPPING:

- Royal Mail 48 is a standard UK shipping option, aiming to deliver parcels within two business days, though a small number may take up to four days. Tracking is provided.

- EXPRESS (Royal Mail 24) offers faster delivery, with parcels usually arriving the next working day in the UK, though some may take up to two days. Full tracking is included, but next-day delivery is not guaranteed.

- INTERNATIONAL STANDARD shipping includes tracking and/or signatures on delivery (country dependent).

- INTERNATIONAL TRACKED is a combination service offering full end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery, and an online delivery confirmation (country-dependent).

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:

We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their jewellery. For this reason, we gladly accept returns and exchanges. If you would like to return your jewellery for any reason, you may do so within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include the reason for the return.

To return an item, it must be unused and in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund.

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:  

- Custom or personalized orders  

- Earrings (for health and hygiene reasons)  

If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
