Jewellery comes in a gift box or a cotton bag, ready to give or keep for yourself. Jewellery boxes are made from 100% recycled board.
Please note that our presentation boxes are not designed for long-term storage.
SIZING DETAILS:
All our bracelets are made to order. When placing your order, you can specify the desired length by leaving a note in the checkout section. That way, I can make sure that it'll fit perfectly. If there is no note, I assume that the recipient has an average wrist size (which is 6.5 inches) and make the bracelet accordingly.
PROCESSING TIME:
All items are custom-made, and processing time is one to three business days. If you need your item sooner, please send me a message.
SHIPPING:
- Royal Mail 48 is standard shipping within the UK. Royal Mail aims to deliver your parcel within two business days, with a small percentage arriving within four business days. Tracking is included.
- Royal Mail TRACKED (Royal Mail 24): Royal Mail aims to deliver your parcels the next working day within the UK, with a small percentage arriving within two business days. Full end-to-end tracking is included. Please note that this postal service does not guarantee next-day delivery.
- EXPRESS (Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed) is a next-day delivery service (please contact the seller before selecting this method).
- INTERNATIONAL STANDARD shipping includes tracking and/or signatures on delivery (country dependent).
- INTERNATIONAL TRACKED is a combination service offering full end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery, and an online delivery confirmation (country-dependent).
REFUNDS & EXCHANGES:
We want our customers to be completely satisfied with their jewellery. For this reason, we gladly accept returns and exchanges. If you would like to return your jewellery for any reason, you may do so within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include the reason for the return.
To return an item, it must be unused and in its original packaging. Buyers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Earrings (for health and hygiene reasons)
If an item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer will be responsible for any loss in value.
Jewellery is not intended for children aged 12 and under.
CARING FOR YOUR JEWELLERY:
Over time, any sterling silver jewellery that is exposed to air will tarnish. Sterling silver is made up of 92.5% silver and 7.5% other metals, primarily copper, which is responsible for the tarnishing. When copper reacts to moisture and sulfur in the air, it causes the sterling silver to tarnish. Areas with high humidity and pollution will cause silver to tarnish faster. The use of certain chemicals, like hairspray, perfume, deodorant, body lotion, and more, can speed up the tarnishing process.
To keep your sterling silver jewellery looking its best, there are a few things you should keep in mind.
Firstly, it's important to remove your jewellery before showering, swimming, exercising, or any activity where it might be exposed to moisture for long periods of time. This is because soap, detergents, salt water, and chlorine can all damage your jewellery.
Secondly, try to avoid storing your sterling silver jewellery directly on wood surfaces. Wood often contains acids that can damage the finish.
Thirdly, keep your jewellery away from excess moisture and never leave it in the bathroom unprotected. After taking off your jewellery, be sure to clean it with a soft, dry cloth or polishing cloth before returning it to an airtight container.
When storing your jewellery, make sure that it is clean, dry, and kept in an airtight container. You can also use an anti-tarnish bag or a plastic zip lock bag with an anti-tarnish strip to further protect it.
Finally, please note that our presentation boxes are not designed for long-term storage. To keep your jewellery in the best condition possible, we recommend following the tips above.
