🎁 Gift Wrapping & Packaging

All jewellery arrives in a gift box or cotton bag, ready to give or keep for yourself. Our jewellery boxes are made from recycled cardboard. Please note that our presentation boxes are not designed for long-term storage.

📏 Sizing Details

All our bracelets are made to order. When placing your order, you can specify your desired length by leaving a note at checkout. If no note is provided, we make the bracelet to an average wrist size of 6.5 inches.

If you're unsure about sizing, please contact us before placing your order and we'll be happy to help.

⏱ Processing Time

All items are handmade to order. Processing time is typically 1 to 3 business days (unless otherwise noted in the announcement). If you need your item sooner, please get in touch before ordering and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

🚚 Shipping

UK Shipping:

• Royal Mail 48 (Standard) — Aims to deliver within 2 business days. Tracking included.
• Royal Mail 24 (Express) — Aims to deliver next working day. Full tracking included. Next-day delivery is not guaranteed.
• Royal Mail Special Delivery (Guaranteed) — Next-day guaranteed delivery. Please contact us before selecting this option.

International Shipping:

• International Standard — Includes tracking and/or signature on delivery (country dependent).
• International Tracked — Full end-to-end tracking, signature on delivery, and online delivery confirmation (country dependent).

↩️ Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your jewellery. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order.

To initiate a return, please contact us within 30 days and include the reason for your return. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility.

Please note the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Earrings (for health and hygiene reasons)

✨ Caring for Your Jewellery

Sterling silver is 92.5% pure silver and will naturally tarnish over time when exposed to air, moisture, and certain chemicals. To keep your jewellery looking its best:

• Remove jewellery before showering, swimming, or exercising
• Avoid contact with perfume, hairspray, lotions, and cleaning products
• After wearing, wipe with a soft dry cloth before storing
• Store in an airtight container or anti-tarnish bag
• Avoid storing directly on wood surfaces
• Do not leave jewellery in the bathroom unprotected
